Gain an overview of the course and the rest of the curriculum and learn the first basics about the core concepts of master data, business processes, and digital transformation.

ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS & INSIGHTS IN SAP
Understand what the relevance and basics of Enterprise Systems are. After that, SAP S/4HANA is introduced as a software solution for Enterprise Systems and the basic operation of the system is explained.

INTRODUCING THE CASE STUDY
To convey the content more vividly, we will look at the core processes of an industrial company. This week you will learn about the business and the corporate structure of our company.

4
RECORD TO REPORT
A foundation that we find in all companies without exception is finance. This week you will learn the most important master data and processes in Financial Accounting and Controlling of companies.
WEEK
5
HIRE TO RETIRE
What is a company without human capital? That’s right – hard to imagine. But it must also be possible to manage the company’s employee resources via our enterprise system. This week you will get insights into the relevant processes of human resources management.

6
PROCURE TO PAY
Without the procurement of important materials for production or sales, our company can neither manufacture nor sell products. In this week, you will learn about important master data and processes in procurement.

7
WAREHOUSE & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
After we learned last week how to procure materials, we have to store them internally in the company and distribute them to the correct production points. The underlying processes and structures for this will be taught this week.

8
DESIGN TO OPERATE
Just transporting the materials to the production site is not enough, of course. In the production itself, we also find master data and processes in the company that are critical to success and must be covered in our SAP system.

LEAD TO CASH
Yay – we’ve made sure our company can manufacture its products. But how do we now get these products to our customers? You can learn about the key data and processes in sales here.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In addition to our daily business, as you have now become acquainted with, there are also always research and development projects in companies. How the management and budgeting of these is covered in our system you will get to know here.

ENTERPRISE ASSET MANAGEMENT
We have now looked at all the essential processes for manufacturing and distributing products. In this final chapter, we now turn to the machines and their maintenance that are needed for production.

COURSE COMPLETION & WELEARNINBITS CERTIFICATION
If you have successfully completed all the tasks from weeks 1 -12, you can complete the course with us. We will then check your entries and award you with the WeLearnInBits certificate as a sign of successful completion.

13-18
In addition to the WeLearnInBits certificate, you can also have the basics learned in our course officially certified by SAP. This additional certification costs 160€.
We ask for your understanding that in many cases the registration for the certification exam at SAP takes a little longer. This is done by SAP itself, so we cannot influence the process.
